iRest Yoga Nidra
®
Evidence-based meditative practice involving self-inquiry and somatic awareness. Particularly helpful for anxiety, trauma, insomnia and chronic stress.
iRest (Integrative Restoration) is a guided meditation practice aimed at cultivating deep rest and nervous system regulation.

In iRest, you'll be guided through a structured process of attending to body sensations, the breath, feelings/emotions and cognitions. Throughout the practice, you are cultivating present-moment awareness and a stance of welcoming internal states as they are.
This practice may be interwoven or offered as a standalone practice for individuals wishing to begin or deepen a meditation practice.
