Integrated Psychotherapy 

Evidence-based therapy with a contemplative and somatic lens

I use an integrated approach to therapy involving blending of evidence-based approaches with contemplative and mind-body approaches, including mindfulness and somatic awareness. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we work side-by-side towards your goals. 

Problems I address:

  • Feelings disconnected, overwhelmed or dissatisfied (especially in the absence of external factors) 

  • People-pleasing

  • Perfectionism

  • Patterns learned in family of origin/ through family dysfunction

  • Trauma

In our work, we may focus on:

  • Acceptance of difficult internal experiences

  • Reducing the struggle with emotions

  • Clarifying values

  • Taking meaningful action

  • Developing practices that support a balanced, regulated nervous system 

  • Developing practices that allow for greater presence
